SHIPPING & RETURNS
At Divine Shop, We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 10 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. We strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount.Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
Not satisfied with our product? We promise full refund for the item. 1.If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or color or if you come across any defects, we'll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 7 days of receipt. You can initiate the returns by contacting us. Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. 2.We will refund the money. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 7 business days from the date we receive your return parcel, for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account (depending upon your bank). 3.Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
